Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex rail, aviation, ports & marine transportation projects.
  • •Set and drive unit strategic goals aligned to broader organizational objectives, including resource management, succession planning, and staff development.
  • •Oversee project planning and delivery from concept through completion, ensuring time, quality, and budgetary standards.
  • •Act as a technical thought leader, providing high-level transportation systems oversight and staying current on industry standards and emerging trends.
  • •Serve as senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders, translating insights into recommendations and presenting strategic updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level in a relevant field.
  • •At least 15 years of diverse experience delivering infrastructure projects/services in a consulting engineering environment.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and development experience for multidisciplinary teams with cross-team collaboration.
  • •Proficiency in managing budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
