Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and report project financial performance at the site using KPIs.
  • •Create and update project cost estimates, budgets, and monthly capital spending forecasts.
  • •Assist in developing and supporting the yearly long-range plan (LRP) and site long-range planning.
  • •Oversee project schedule, cost, and risk management processes and support comprehensive project plan execution.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate project financial risks; coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a combined finance, construction, or project controls role involving budgeting, scheduling, and project support/management.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •BS in Engineering, BA in Business, or Construction Management (recommended).
  • •Knowledge of project controls processes and guidelines.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
