Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and advise leaders, site managers, and employees on all HR-relevant topics to help achieve company goals.
  • •Align HR measures to team/site strategy and proactively support leaders with challenges in daily collaboration.
  • •Coach leaders and employees in their professional development.
  • •Steer key HR programs including Payroll, Performance Management, and Talent Reviews.
  • •Use HR data to create reports, derive insights and solutions, and identify improvement opportunities in policies, processes, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources (or related), plus at least 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • •Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes, with experience planning and delivering HR projects across the employee life cycle (e.g., Performance Management, Engagement, Workforce Planning).
  • •Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders and communicate professionally with diverse audiences.
  • •Team-oriented, high communication skills, and a confident, professional presence.
  • •Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) plus MS Office and Google Workspace; very good German and English (written and spoken).
