Job Summary

Support and advise leaders, site management, and employees across the full employee life cycle as a People Business Partner. Drive talent programs, implement HR guidelines and processes, and ensure compliance through day-to-day HR operations. Partner with internal teams to develop people-focused solutions, coach stakeholders on career development, and use HR data to create reports, insights, and process improvement recommendations, contributing to regional and functional projects.

•Support and advise leaders, site managers, and employees on all HR-relevant topics to help achieve company goals.
•Align HR measures to team/site strategy and proactively support leaders with challenges in daily collaboration.
•Coach leaders and employees in their professional development.
•Steer key HR programs including Payroll, Performance Management, and Talent Reviews.
•Use HR data to create reports, derive insights and solutions, and identify improvement opportunities in policies, processes, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources (or related), plus at least 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
•Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes, with experience planning and delivering HR projects across the employee life cycle (e.g., Performance Management, Engagement, Workforce Planning).
•Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders and communicate professionally with diverse audiences.
•Team-oriented, high communication skills, and a confident, professional presence.
•Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) plus MS Office and Google Workspace; very good German and English (written and spoken).
