Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management for direct reports, including succession planning.
  • •Participate in development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned to company goals.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain staffing via recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees while ensuring progression training and certification are executed.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
