Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and evolve asset management strategies aligned with organisational goals and asset management standards/best practices.
  • •Develop asset management and maintenance strategies and optimised asset, maintenance, and renewal plans for rail organisations.
  • •Conduct and review whole-life cost models and asset management plans.
  • •Coordinate PRAMS analysis, condition assessments, and risk-based maintenance planning.
  • •Support integration of digital asset management systems and facilitate client workshops with delivery partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Asset Management, Rail Systems, or a related field.
  • •Chartered Engineer with a Professional Engineering Council (e.g., IMechE, IET, IEE) or equivalent.
  • •Strong understanding of asset management principles and standards (ISO 55000, ISO 55001, ISO 55002).
  • •In-depth experience maintaining and/or managing maintenance of railway system disciplines such as rail infrastructure maintenance or rail signalling maintenance.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with experience working independently across multiple projects.
