Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead reference architecture design for integrated building systems in healthcare facilities, including BMS, energy management, security/access/video, fire and life safety, and healthcare technologies like RTLS and nurse call.
  • •Translate customer and operational requirements into scalable, clearly documented solution designs with defined integration and outcome paths, recommending architectures for patient experience, safety, security, and energy optimization.
  • •Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and workflows, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
  • •Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements by designing customized solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and addressing feasibility and technical objections.
  • •Review specifications and integration requirements, analyze single-line diagrams for optimized solutions, and support continuous improvement and product lifecycle activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • •5+ years in healthcare application engineering, solution proposal, or solution consulting, or 5+ years in healthcare facility management leadership plus 3+ years designing building systems in healthcare environments.
  • •Strong expertise in healthcare building systems, controls, and integration technologies.
  • •Proven ability to translate patient and medical operational requirements into technical solutions and analyze specifications to propose cost-effective alternatives.
  • •Business acumen and strong storytelling/presentation skills for customer engagement, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
