Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of data experience in an early stage or high growth environment, ideally on a lean data team
  • •Expert in SQL and BI (Hex, Looker or similar), including building tables and databases from scratch
  • •End-to-end ownership mindset and ability to flex into engineering and business needs beyond data pipelines
  • •Experience parsing and interpreting complex engineering and AI logs to construct trustworthy datasets
