Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
