Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct the initial inspection on vehicles to identify needed repairs throughout reconditioning.
  • •Use state-of-the-art inspection center tools during the vehicle preparation process.
  • •Participate in training programs to progress skills and pay as an entry-level technician.
  • •Support vehicle reconditioning to help deliver vehicles to customers on schedule.
  • •Work mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or initial inspections as part of vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; may be subject to an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions, and use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask).
