Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance across departments on production equipment such as conveyor lines, trolley systems, rendering machinery, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Carry out additional duties including welding and basic electrical work.
  • •Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and execute/document work on scheduling sheets.
  • •Complete required computer-based training modules and stay on track through training levels up to level 7.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be available to work 3rd shift.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of on-the-job training.
  • •1+ years’ experience and/or education in at least two General Maintenance areas including mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, control wiring, motor control, 3-phase wiring, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, hydraulics, or pneumatic systems.
  • •Must be available to work any department, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • •Must be able to read and understand manuals and complete computer-based training modules; must lift up to 60+ pounds and be able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
