Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish clear ownership and accountability for domain data, business definitions, and performance metrics.
  • •Ensure domain data meets quality, consistency, and fitness-for-purpose needs across business processes and systems.
  • •Translate Business Unit requirements into trusted, reusable data products that support operational excellence, analytics, and AI use cases.
  • •Drive adoption of enterprise data governance standards while aligning definitions, KPIs, and reporting frameworks with cross-domain requirements.
  • •Monitor and improve data quality performance through proactive issue resolution and stewardship practices, and represent the BU in governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Master’s degree or equivalent domain expertise is advantageous.
  • •10+ years of experience within a Business Unit domain, data management, analytics, or enterprise information management environment.
  • •Experience owning domain definitions, KPI frameworks, and data quality outcomes.
  • •Proven ability to work across business and technology functions to establish governance and data management practices.
