Job Summary

Lead BIM strategy and digital transformation for real estate digital projects, working from discovery and client adoption through programme and project-level BIM execution. Author BIM documentation and workflows, manage implementation and rollouts within client organisations, and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings. Support digital risk mitigation, conduct peer reviews to uphold quality standards, contribute to bids and new business opportunities, and help grow the regional team.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategies aligned to those requirements.
•Author BIM documentation and workflows aligned to industry best practice and ensure BIM compliance checking and data verification.
•Lead and manage BIM rollout and implementation across programme and project levels within client organisations.
•Communicate BIM strategy, documentation, and workflows to stakeholders; facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Identify and mitigate digital risks; provide oversight on commission management, support peer review, and contribute to bid writing and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•A consultancy background with experience of the design process and procurement routes within a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards, best practice, and working knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM.
•A working knowledge of common data environment concepts and the creation and maintenance of key BIM documentation.
•Experience with 3D modelling and BIM software (e.g., Revit or ArchiCAD) and 3D model interrogation/clash detection tools (e.g., Solibri or Navisworks).
•Strong stakeholder understanding and a systematic approach to problem solving, with preferably a degree level education or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
