Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain production line health through troubleshooting, risk assessment, fab start-up, and tool release.
  • •Develop and improve process conditions and technology to upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects and set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
  • •Evaluate new equipment and materials, supporting rollout to production and planning.
  • •Perform abnormal event analysis and drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry in a process-related position.
  • •Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Commitment and tenacity to achieve goals, including effective time management and multitasking.
