Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, providing outstanding service while accurately processing transactions and balancing daily. Build and maintain consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, and following up with new customers. Resolve issues, educate customers on deposit products, and refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships and support disciplined, goals-driven growth.
