Job Summary

Lead and grow the Commercial segment across Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy), owning regional strategy, market plans, and execution. Build and develop a team of Commercial sellers, drive full partner and distributor-led commercial motion, and align cross-functional teams to create pipeline and “new logo” momentum. Represent the business with customers, partners, and executives, provide market insight to sales leadership, and travel extensively to strengthen relationships and support execution.
