Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for Wealth Advisory platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, advisor needs, and client expectations.
  • •Serve as business owner for major platform transformation initiatives, including advisor recruiting transitions, client asset conversions, platform migrations, and new advisory capabilities.
  • •Direct complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and third-party vendors.
  • •Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, increase client engagement, and support business growth.
  • •Partner with platform providers and strategic vendors to influence product direction and drive delivery of product enhancements.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or work-related experience.
