Finance & Accounting Lead

Own Mintlayer’s management accounts and month-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries across all entities. Lead production of the financial reporting pack for leadership and investor decision-making, maintain the accounting system and AP ledger (including crypto and fiat workflows), and coordinate external auditors and tax advisors. Support payroll processing, contractor payments, and collaborate with the Head of Accounts on board-level reporting and investor due diligence.
