Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce monthly management accounts and the financial reporting pack for leadership review.
  • •Own the month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries across all entities.
  • •Process vendor payments and maintain the AP ledger, including crypto and fiat payment workflows.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
  • •Maintain the accounting system and support board-level reporting and investor due diligence, including payroll and contractor payment coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in finance and accounting, ideally in fintech or crypto.
  • •ACCA, CPA, or equivalent in progress or completed.
  • •Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
  • •UAE financial reporting familiarity is preferred.
  • •Ability to own month-end close activities including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
