Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership for the Red Team, including work prioritization, execution oversight, escalation, and coordination of deliverables.
  • •Develop and execute a maturity roadmap for adversarial simulation, red team, and penetration testing, including repeatable methodologies, standards, tooling, automation, and quality assurance.
  • •Lead and execute intelligence-driven adversary emulation and full-scope red team operations (e.g., initial access, lateral movement, privilege escalation, data exfiltration simulation).
  • •Review engagement plans, rules of engagement, and evidence/findings to ensure consistent quality, safety, and actionable outcomes; produce post-mortems and executive briefings.
  • •Track remediation of findings to completion via retesting and exposure validation, and support Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) objectives by validating prioritized exposure reductions and attack paths.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •12+ years of experience in Red Team or Penetration Testing, including leading complex offensive security engagements and coordinating technical teams.
  • •Experience building or maturing a Red Team/adversarial simulation/penetration testing program with methodologies, quality standards, metrics, and long-term planning.
  • •Proficiency with Red Team tools and Command-and-Control (C2) frameworks, with deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversary TTPs.
  • •Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Bash, Golang) and direct experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
