Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Delivery & Fulfillment Intelligence, owning the decision and the data while coordinating with experience teams.
  • •Define the delivery domain from first principles (canonical event/state model, telemetry/history, and governed contracts).
  • •Develop capabilities for order risk assessment and proactive intervention, including decomposed lead-time/promise accuracy and dynamic routing/orchestration.
  • •Build forecasting and network optimization to allocate delivery supply against forecasted demand under cost, coverage, and reliability constraints.
  • •Hire, lead, and grow the product team, represent the work at the executive level, and partner across Data, Supply Chain Operations, Delivery Partnerships, CX Product, and Restaurant Technology.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience, including leading product managers, with deep grounding in platform, infrastructure, logistics, or marketplace operations products.
  • •Experience hiring, developing, and retaining strong product managers, and knowing when to coach versus take the pen yourself.
  • •Track record owning fulfillment, dispatch, logistics, or supply-chain intelligence products at meaningful scale (e.g., last-mile delivery, on-demand marketplaces, physical-operations businesses).
  • •Depth in at least two areas: routing/dispatch optimization, ETA and travel-time prediction, demand and capacity forecasting, risk scoring/anomaly detection, or geospatial data systems.
  • •Comfort designing event-driven architecture with senior engineers (event schemas/state machines, idempotency, service boundaries, API contracts, durable workflow orchestration) and understanding when to use ML vs solvers/rules.
