•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and servicing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use hand tools and follow blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units using air conditioning theory and mechanical layouts.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company-issued assets.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency using a handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension).
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as the business requires.
