Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and servicing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use hand tools and follow blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units using air conditioning theory and mechanical layouts.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as the business requires.
