Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, negotiate, and implement engineering strategies, plans, policies, and procedures for Branson technology leadership, including new products and technologies.
  • •Lead the India organization for material joining product design and development, sustaining engineering, and global welding programs to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • •Maintain engineering concepts and standards for design and quality, improving existing products and developing new ones.
  • •Provide leadership for Branson’s intellectual property strategy in partnership with legal, including patents, publications, and technology licensing.
  • •Establish and administer quality controls to ensure ongoing certification and compliance under ISO.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of experience, including 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
