Senior Manager, Development FTW (Shanghai, SH, CN)

Lead footwear product development from concept to production by translating design vision and consumer needs into manufacturable prototypes that meet adidas quality standards. Partner closely with Tier 1 supply partners and internal teams (HQ, Design, Marketing, Quality, Costing, Supply Chain) to coordinate project execution, Color Way Activation, testing, and BOM data alignment. Manage and mentor a team, set objectives, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement across the development process.
