Maintain an annual master list of shows and events, track NPD launch timing, and execute quarterly NPI communication plans (including end-user submissions, selections, and SAP order follow-through). Manage registrations, vendor quote/order requests, and create post-event recaps with key metrics, learnings, budgets, and recommendations.
