Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute developmental test support activities within the research and development line.
  • •Operate and/or execute process steps using processing equipment, manual processing, test equipment, and metrology tools.
  • •Follow work instructions and interpret task documents; perform basic analytics to ensure proper tool operation and test execution.
  • •Ensure scheduled tests are complete, including sample acquiring, testing, and data entry for development tests.
  • •Communicate abnormal findings immediately and assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor, while adhering to safety and housekeeping procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing or lab environment, or 1 year as an Engineering Test Support I at First Solar.
  • •Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and test plans.
  • •Average ability to use tools and operating equipment (robots, conveyors, and human/machine interfaces).
  • •Ability to repetitively handle glass coupons, plates, and finished modules.
  • •Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn JMP and SQL applications.
