Key Responsibilities

•Identify customer needs and guide customers when recommending and explaining bank products and services; make referrals as needed.
•Assist customers with transactional needs and answer inquiries about account balances, transaction history, service charges, and interest rates.
•Support Financial Center Manager operations by performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
•Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients to achieve personal and branch targets for new accounts.
•Practice safe and sound banking procedures, including compliance with laws/regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, and security protocols; maintain regular attendance.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
•Minimum of one year of experience, with specific bank experience preferred.
•Notary certification is preferred.
•Ability to identify customer needs and recommend and explain bank products and services using established guidelines.
•Ability to follow safe-and-sound banking procedures, laws and regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
