Job Summary

Lead a geographically dispersed team of Business Development Officers to originate SBA loans and drive regional growth. Own sales strategy, pipeline discipline, performance metrics, and forecasting accuracy for the SBA group. Strengthen referral networks and centers of influence, reinforce deal selection and structuring quality, and partner closely with business banking, credit, closing, and operations teams to deliver a coordinated client experience.

•Drive SBA business development strategy to achieve growth, revenue, and profitability goals.
•Establish and manage performance metrics; maintain pipeline discipline through monitoring activity, deal progression, conversion trends, and forecast accuracy.
•Run a regular coaching cadence to reinforce prospecting discipline, referral development, deal strategy, and execution against production goals.
•Promote production quality by reinforcing deal selection and structuring, partnering with credit/closing/operations/business banking teams, and supporting client experience through periodic travel.
