Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Kerry’s global travel programme across multiple regions.
  • •Develop and deliver global category strategies for travel categories including air, hotel, car rental, meetings/events, visa services and travel technology.
  • •Own TMC relationships and operating model, setting and managing service levels, KPIs, and commercial terms.
  • •Act as business owner for travel technology (including Concur), improving policy controls, reporting and process efficiency.
  • •Own global travel policy, ensuring compliance, duty of care, traveller risk management and crisis response.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in global travel management, indirect procurement or related roles.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region programmes and influence senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong strategic sourcing and commercial negotiation skills.
  • •Deep understanding of global travel operations and supplier models.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; procurement or business qualifications desirable (e.g., CIPS, CPM).
