The North Face: Supervisor - Oakbrook Center

Lead daily operations for a retail store by supporting the store leadership team, delivering high-quality customer engagement, and helping drive sales against key performance indicators. Coach and develop associates, supervise opening/closing and floor coverage, and maintain visual merchandising and inventory integrity. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, uphold policies and safety standards, and foster an inclusive, fast-paced store culture.
