Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, community events, live productions, and special experiences.
•Build and manage detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules.
•Finalize all event preparation elements ahead of each experience to ensure smooth delivery.
•Serve as the primary point of accountability for on-the-ground event execution.
•Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and venues across all event types.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,800 - 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience in an events management, event production, or closely related role.
•Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, including conferences, community events, or live productions.
•Proven track record managing vendor relationships and venue coordination across multiple concurrent events.
•Experience overseeing event budgets and managing logistics from pre-event through post-event.
•Background using project management tools and Google Workspace in a professional setting.
