•Directly supervise and manage the TOC operations staff, ensuring cohesive and balanced operations.
•Handle administrative functions including invoice processing, shift scheduling, recruitment, training, payroll, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
•Maintain 24/7 awareness of control room equipment status and coordinate service failures with field maintenance and information technology to maximize system availability.
•Oversee training and auditing, coordinate with the client on public/citizen issues, and report operational efficiency and effectiveness for regional traffic and incident management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership (or equivalent education/experience).
•Valid US Driver’s License required; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.

•Experience in a supervisory role within a transportation, public safety, or commercial operations environment (preferred: 5 years).
•General knowledge of traffic principles, with report/technical writing, and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) (preferred).
