Job Summary

Provide technical support for Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income (DMFI) trading systems, coordinating with traders, portfolio managers, and vendors; drive onboarding projects and process automation to uplift the DMFI production environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for global DMFI trading systems for Portfolio Managers, Traders and the investment team.
•Coordinate onboarding of new portfolio managers and troubleshoot technical trading issues with Trading Assistants and Operations to resolve trade failures.
•Automate and optimize processes and run projects to enhance vendor platforms.
•Serve as liaison between 3rd party trading vendors, internal teams, and end-users for production outages and daily queries.
•Engage in project management to onboard new trading applications across Tech and Business teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Financial services experience.
•Experience supporting trading desks and portfolio managers.
•Experience in various macro and fixed income asset classes.
•Experience supporting front office vendor fixed income trading systems.
•Strong business analysis/project management skills.
