Key Responsibilities

•Achieve and exceed monthly boutique sales targets through extraordinary service, selling skills, and adherence to the sales process
•Maintain high standards of product knowledge and presentation to serve as a brand ambassador
•Cultivate new and existing client relationships through Damiani CRM initiatives and collaboration with management
•Assist with daily boutique operations including security/compliance policies, merchandising, displays, and inventories
•Provide daily reports to HQ and local management and contribute to market/trend insights

Key Requirements

•Strong product knowledge and presentation skills to represent a luxury brand
•Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
•Experience in client relationship management and CRM initiatives
•Excellent customer service mindset with ability to handle objections
•Ability to assist with merchandising, displays, inventories, and reporting
