Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Indonesia’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy.
  • •Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
  • •Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
  • •Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Indonesia.
  • •Recruit, manage, and develop a local team and provide market intelligence and localisation recommendations to HQ.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • •Strong network and understanding of Indonesia’s financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
  • •Proven track record driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and strong Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
  • •Nice to have: experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets, and established relationships with regulators or key industry stakeholders.
