Job Summary

Perform daily reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple channels, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records. Investigate discrepancies such as chargebacks and refunds, and produce daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and settlement reports for management visibility. Coordinate with external payment service providers for timely settlements, partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT to resolve root-cause mismatches. Drive process improvements and manage settlement complaints and disputes.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple channels to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
•Investigate discrepancies in transaction reports, chargebacks, and refunds to prevent financial losses.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports to support management decision-making and visibility.
•Liaise with external payment service providers to ensure smooth and timely settlement operations aligned with agreed terms.
•Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to address reconciliation mismatches, resolve system root causes, and manage settlement complaints and disputes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
•0–1 years of experience.
•Strong operational awareness and result orientation.
•Technical proficiency in MS Excel.
•Experience with payment gateway systems and reconciliation/settlement tools.
