Own end-to-end marketing and customer analytics for retail banking campaigns, using SQL and customer data platforms to build accurate segmentation and measure performance. Key Responsibilities

•Execute campaigns end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery.
•Measure campaign performance using attribution, ROI tracking, and campaign performance measurement approaches.
•Develop and validate customer segmentation and reporting outputs for campaign and business use.
•Run and support experimentation including A/B testing, experimental design, and customer journey analytics.
•Analyze large datasets using Hadoop/Hive/Zeppelin and data lake environments, then communicate insights to stakeholders using BI tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing analytics, customer analytics, CRM, CDP, or related analytics roles.
•Proven experience in end-to-end campaign execution and performance measurement, including attribution and ROI measurement.
•Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer segmentation tools.
•Strong SQL skills, including advanced query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
