•Complete electrical installation work for construction and remodeling in accordance with electrical codes.
•Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment throughout the plant, including repairs related to electrical problems.
•Perform preventative maintenance, change-outs, and equipment setup to support production needs.
•Complete electrical and mechanical repairs, including repairing or replacing components and modifying inefficient equipment.
•Maintain accurate written records, keep work areas clean, and comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
