Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate workflows and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, and model evaluation.
  • •Leverage open source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, vector databases, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Invent LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput for large-scale production AI systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/AI/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or related), plus 4+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies; or a Master’s plus 2+ years.
  • •At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Passion for staying abreast of the latest research and applying novel techniques judiciously in production.
  • •Ability to adapt to big, undefined problems, ask questions, and clearly articulate findings.
  • •Strong engineering and mathematics foundation with expertise in hardware, software, and AI optimization opportunities.
