Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for architecture, design, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with client objectives and best practices
•Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities and drive digital transformation
•Architect and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce) ensuring seamless data exchange
•Guide requirements gathering with stakeholders to translate needs into robust designs
•Establish and champion technical standards, QA protocols, and documentation for client solutions
•Create and maintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, and operational guides
•Facilitate communication with executives, users, developers, and project managers to ensure project alignment
•Assess emerging ServiceNow features and integration technologies to recommend enhancements
•Mentor and develop junior consultants and technical teams
•Lead multiple client engagements with focus on technical feasibility and measurable business value

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
•7+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
•Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Lead Developer on the ServiceNow platform
•5+ greenfield ServiceNow implementations with HRSD and/or CSM
•Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification REQUIRED
•Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification REQUIRED
•Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certification REQUIRED
•Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a consultative approach
•Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, CSDM)
•Experience integrating ServiceNow with two or more enterprise platforms (Workday, Oracle)
•REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, MuleSoft/Dell Boomi, web services
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management
•Agile methodologies and large-scale consulting experience
•Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable architecture and plans
•Strong business acumen and coaching/mentoring of technical talent
•Willingness to travel up to 30%
