Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products as required to drive the business forward, upholding a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs
•Improve the pace of execution of the team through a combination of leadership and technical expertise
•Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high impact team members
•Up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching issues before customers, and maintaining strong incident management hygiene
•Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in software engineering leadership or management, with proven ability to road-map and deliver large features and products
•Experience building and growing high-performance engineering teams, including recruiting, evaluating candidates, and hiring impact players
•Strong focus on reliability and incident management in a high-growth environment
• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic tradeoffs and maintain a high technical bar
•Experience in coaching, mentoring, and fostering growth and engagement within teams
