Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with factory owners/stakeholders to ensure tools/equipment/kits are ordered and delivered to match tool install schedule requirements; track and resolve issues and escalate as needed.
  • •Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality project plans that enable accurate, cost-effective delivery and detailed execution planning for tool install milestones.
  • •Lead planning and coordination meetings across suppliers, trade contractors, and other stakeholders to support installation activities.
  • •Drive systems and part number configuration/genealogy accuracy to support right-first-time order/kits delivery; ensure systems correctly reflect equipment requirements and schedules.
  • •Ensure installation execution meets Intel safety, protocol/housekeeping, and quality standards; identify constraints, escalate roadblocks, and troubleshoot to mitigate delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field and 1+ years of construction, engineering, or project management experience (experience may be gained via internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training).
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field with no prior professional experience.
  • •Familiarity with advanced semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment installation requirements.
  • •Experience collaborating cross-functionally with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.
  • •Proficiency in configuration management, equipment troubleshooting, and manufacturing process control, including root cause analysis and technical validation.
