•Take full end-to-end ownership of Docusign's global availability and customer experience, ensuring every agreement is backed by a resilient infrastructure
•Oversee development of reliability tools and internal APIs to accelerate developer velocity and monitor health of accounts and integrations
•Mentor Principal and Staff SREs, partnering with top technologists to ensure designs solve real-world customer pain points
•Negotiate error budgets and advocate for user-centric reliability in roadmaps and product decisions
•Influence the architecture of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to make doing the right thing the easiest path for 2,000+ developers

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, or Software Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director-level role managing high-scale SaaS platforms
•Experience building tools and services, viewing infrastructure as a product and developers/customers as primary users
•Experience taking accountability for complex, global systems and driving uptime
•Experience with public cloud ecosystems and multi-region, high-availability architectures
•Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (Go or Python) and building infrastructure automation
