Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned federal government customers from contract signature onward, owning onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
  • •Deliver excellent customer service by acknowledging and resolving issues efficiently.
  • •Identify customer requirements, manage expectations, and collect/champion customer feedback internally to influence product and program development.
  • •Retain and grow account value by communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
  • •Act as a federal/civilian government vertical expert in specific regions, leading high-impact commercial decisions and improving processes/system implementations to scale the team and accelerate customer growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 5+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations.
  • •1+ years of experience working with government customers.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting a technical product/service with customers.
  • •Significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications in at least one key area: satellites, ground network, user terminals, or related technology.
