Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discovery sessions, site surveys, and requirements capture with customers; assess workflows, redundancy, ergonomics, and security.
  • •Architect end-to-end control room solutions (KVM switching & extension, AV-over-IP, video walls, operator workstations, control systems, audio DSP, intercom, and UCC integration).
  • •Produce system schematics, network topologies, BoMs, rack elevations, cable schedules, and cost estimates; ensure design compliance (ISO 11064 ergonomics, electrical/safety, cybersecurity).
  • •Support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, solution narratives, compliance matrices, and method statements; present designs to customer technical stakeholders.
  • •Plan and execute PoCs, product demos, performance validation, and interoperability testing; enable channel partners and internal sales with technical content.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of engineering experience in KVM and/or professional AV projects (control rooms, broadcast, command & control, NOCs, SOCs, transportation, utilities, or similar).
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of KVM systems (switching, extension, redundancy, secure workflows).
  • •Proficiency with CAD/Visio for system documentation; familiarity with MS Project for delivery planning.
  • •Languages: Fluent French and English (written & spoken). Dutch is a plus.
  • •Resides in France or Belgium; willing to travel ~50% across EMEA; holds a valid passport.
