Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee reporting and management of time, cost, risk, and scope across MEP project delivery, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • •Lead the project team from cost planning through procurement, design management, construction management, and completion/handover.
  • •Ensure on-programme/on-cost/on-quality delivery across shell and core and required fit-out phases.
  • •Perform project control functions (reporting, risk, cost, and schedule) and set up management tools to help the team control the project.
  • •Track cost/programme/quality and issue monthly formal reports to the employer with progress-claim and payment recommendations; maintain weekly photographic progress records.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or similar.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial and project management, including coordination of MEP works on major data center projects.
  • •Experience and knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works.
  • •Competency with Microsoft Windows and Primavera P6 or MS-Office (including MS-Project Management).
