Citizens Teller

Greet customers in branch lobbies and complete simple transactions using digital technology, including mobile app and ATMs. Help customers understand Citizens products, answer questions, and provide personalized advice that supports their financial goals, connecting them to Bankers when needed. Follow cash-handling, state/local regulations, and bank policies to deliver exceptional service. Work branch hours (including evenings and weekends) and participate in a video interview assessment after applying.
