Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the enterprise portfolio marketing strategy for consumer credit cards across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Lead end-to-end customer journey after account acquisition, building personalized lifecycle journeys and ensuring communications are timely and relevant.
  • •Increase activation, engagement, usage, and retention using customer data, behavioral insights, and predictive analytics to optimize performance.
  • •Establish KPI accountability by building a framework that connects marketing activities to customer behavior and business outcomes (including NPS and satisfaction).
  • •Modernize portfolio marketing through automation, personalization, experimentation, and effective use of marketing technology, customer data, and campaign capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive marketing and/or customer lifecycle experience, including portfolio or retention marketing, CRM, or related disciplines.

  • •Strong track record building strategic frameworks that connect customer behavior to business performance.
  • •Experience leveraging customer analytics, segmentation, personalization, and marketing technology platforms.
