•Lead and execute enterprise-aligned initiatives that support long-term goals and strategic objectives.
•Drive implementation of ease of doing business for agents, supported by technology.
•Identify opportunities to optimize the business model, systems, tools, and service delivery.
•Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to align platform capabilities with business strategy.
•Influence and collaborate with cross-functional leaders while promoting change leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,200 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering, or Underwriting, OR high school equivalent and 9+ years in the same areas, OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 7+ years experience.
•Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management, including applying existing and/or change management methodologies and tools.
•Project management experience.
•8+ years of experience in system design, strategic operations, or enablement roles.
•Demonstrated expertise in Information Technology (IT) and crop insurance.
