Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead social, creators, partnerships, and content across ~2–3 Match Group brands, translating brand strategy into culturally relevant storytelling.
  • •Own the full content lifecycle for quick-turn organic content, from ideation and scripting/storyboarding through filming and editing.
  • •Build creator rosters and coordinate creator/partner campaign execution, approvals, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • •Adapt and repurpose influencer/UGC/campaign/IRL activation footage into platform-native content, including near real-time turnaround.
  • •Develop and measure always-on and campaign plans with cross-functional partners, tracking KPIs and recommending optimizations for engagement and business outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in brand, social, cultural marketing, partnerships, creator marketing, or adjacent disciplines.
  • •Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform-native creative.
  • •Hands-on content creation capability to independently concept, shoot, and edit content (CapCut, Premiere, Figma or equivalent expected).
  • •A portfolio/reel demonstrating native social content you personally created and edited.
  • •Proven success building culturally relevant programs and strong consumer/cultural empathy across diverse audiences and subcultures.
