Key Responsibilities

•Own the marketing strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the full Collections charter (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Affordability, Payment Form and Payment Links).
•Partner with Product leadership to size markets, define ICPs, and prioritise investment across product lines based on business impact.
•Build a thought leadership agenda with Brand Marketing (content, events, analyst/press engagement, founder-led narratives) and run high-visibility marketing bets.
•Own Banking LOB positioning and GTM for Cashfree’s PG capabilities to banks, and drive BBPS marketing (BOU and COU) with regulatory and market relevance.
•Lead team and execution cadence: manage two Product Marketing Managers, enable sales via custom decks/RFPs and scalable enablement, and coordinate across Product, Brand Marketing, and Sales.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years in product marketing in B2B/SaaS or fintech, including 2-3 years managing a team; payments experience strongly preferred.
•Track record of building and scaling a marketing function at senior level with credibility with executive stakeholders.
•Strong strategic and business acumen to translate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems into a prioritised roadmap.
•Proven cross-functional leadership across product, brand, and sales without formal authority.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort with RFPs and external thought leadership.
•Bias for execution with fast, critical problem-solving in a changing environment.
