Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, control, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration equipment, steam generating equipment, compressed air systems, and water supply/distribution systems.
  • •Perform return condensate systems maintenance mechanically, electrically, hydraulically, and pneumatically using proper tools and test equipment.
  • •Complete all utilities maintenance, install equipment on utility systems, and perform general housekeeping in the department.
  • •Document activities and complete required paperwork using CMMS/SAP.
  • •Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements and perform job rotation and other work as assigned.
